Matt Jones: Matt serves as CEO of Turnsole, LLC. His experience spans two decades in healthcare, including hospital finance and operations, early-stage company development, clinical organization management, and technology-focused business development. Previously, Matt has held senior executive roles at Enterprise Venture Management, Ltd., Pinnacle Healthcare, Children’s Medical Center of Dallas, and the Memorial Hermann Healthcare System.
Jeff Potter: Jeff has twenty years of experience on both the payor and provider sides of healthcare. At Fresenius Medical Care of North America, the nation’s largest dialysis company, Jeff helped establish a risk products division to assume responsibility for the care of ESRD patients. Previously, Jeff co-founded MedSpring Urgent Care, growing it into multiple markets before its acquisition by Fresenius. In 2002, Jeff worked on the successful LBO and subsequent IPO of WellCare Health Plans.
Nagi Rao: Nagi is a prolific entrepreneur and a leader in the use of technology to generate financial value in companies. He currently serves as Executive Chairman of Equalize RCM and has played a significant role in founding ACO management, hospital management, and urgent care companies. Prior to and following his time as a partner at McKinsey & Co., Nagi launched three successful technology start-ups which were acquired by Hewlett Packard, Sonus Networks and Qwest Software, respectively.
Heath Schiesser: Heath’s experience ranges from start-ups to Fortune 500 enterprises across both the payor and provider sectors. He led Fresenius Medical Care North America’s Integrated Care Group which included the company’s lab, pharmacy, urgent care and risk products divisions. Previously, Heath served as President & CEO of WellCare Health Plans, following his tenure as President of the prescription insurance division. Prior to joining WellCare, Heath worked at McKinsey & Co., co-founded and sold an online pharmacy, and launched and developed numerous new ventures.
